Al Rawda Towers

Landmark residential towers located in the Jumeirah Village Triangle Area (JVT) within Dubai consisting of four podium levels and two contemporary designed towers where one shall be hotel apartments and the other is private residential. The podium will house retail areas, recreational facilities including a gym, swimming pool, parking facilities and luxury landscaped areas on the podium's roof. The design was done to maximize main views while maintaining efficient area usage and maintaining top efficiency.
